Jan. 2007: SDD 1.1 is finally released. See the Wiki page.

This site is going to be phased out. After moving the SDD Wiki to TDWG itself, the Wiki will be the central home. Please visit it for most of the information and to contribute and collaborate. The links below will maintain access to off-wiki documents that have accumulated over time.

• Short introduction to TDWG and SDD
• Minutes of the previous working group meetings. The minutes try to capture or explain discussions in considerable detail and are worth taking a look at. Many discussions are unresolved and the current status of the SDD schema should be seen as an attempt to solve problems posed at the meetings. Reading the recent meetings minutes is therefore highly recommended!
